          All Baan Celadon products are handmade of natural wood-ash glaze and clay. Therefore, they will not be 100% identical with another of the same item. Microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe and imports no toxic substances if used for food preparation or serving.

Refund Policy
         Payment is refundable only according is product's quality that does not relate to our product's specification identified which significantly, evidence is strictly requires on the refundable judgment.

30-day Refund Period
1. We offer full refund on returned goods. The goods must be in new condition and the customer must pay for all shipping (e.g. customs)
2. In case if there is a tax on importing goods at the destination country, customer must be responsible for all charges such as cost of goods, custom clearance charges, and other expenses.

Term of Payment
- By letter of credit payable
- Bank transfer with 30% deposit payable upon placing the order
- Balance payable on the completion of the merchandise prior to shipment

Delivery
Stock Products: are available for shipping within 3-30 days, depending on available stocks.

Customer Order Products: production lead-time is 30-90 days, design, quantity and final confirmation.

Sample Products: to customer designs will take 14-21 days, with samples sent by courier airmail (DHL), or photos by e-mail. Samples are charged on a case-by-case basis; but are free if an order are placed for products of that design.
